What Is Included In Your Home Inspection

A two, or more hour inspection of the home that includes a non-destructive survey of the following:

• Structure-exterior, interior, attic, basement and crawl space
• Roofing
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Heating
• Air Conditioning

The Inspector will discuss and explain his findings during the inspection. You will be able to ask questions.

You will receive:

• A verbal summary at the end of the inspection
• Two copies of the written report will be mailed to you
• The written report will be 20-30 pages long. It will also be reference and maintenance guide for years to come.
• Attachments for the specific needs of the home

• Water problems
• Wood rot and other damage
• Termite Inspection-with a Certified Report and a 1 Year Warranty
